Custom Apparel, Footwear & Accessory Packaging Boxes
Clothing, footwear and accessories need packaging that fits the packed product and the delivery route. Compare an assembled rigid presentation box, a fold-flat rigid box and a corrugated mailer before choosing the format.
Discuss your boxRead the guide ↓Measure the product in its packed form
For garments, measure the intended fold with tissue, pouch or card included. For footwear, supply the pair's packed dimensions and any separators. A single outer size may not suit every product variant, so identify the largest and smallest intended contents and review the fit. Excess space can reduce presentation quality and increase packing volume.
Match the format to the order
| Format | Useful role | Review |
|---|---|---|
| Top-bottom rigid box | Gift or retail presentation | Lid fit and folded-product space |
| Collapsible rigid box | Premium presentation with flat storage | Assembly steps and packing time |
| Corrugated mailer | Direct-dispatch format | Board, closure and complete transit protection |
| Sleeve or printed carton | A lighter branded component | Product support and readable artwork |
Plan branding and packing components
Brand colour, full-colour print, foil details and textured wraps can be discussed against the budget. Decide whether tissue, cards, labels, dividers or handles are included in the packaging order. A branded outside alone does not define the full kit. The supplied footwear-box photograph illustrates printed mailer and box formats rather than proving a particular board grade.
Check the packing process
Have the intended packing team place the real product in the sample, close it and remove it again. Check whether folded garments are squeezed, footwear can move, and any card stays in place. If empty boxes arrive flat, confirm assembly steps. If the box is used for shipping, agree the outer protection and required handling checks.
Request a matched quotation
Send the packed product dimensions, approximate weight, quantities per size, artwork versions, preferred structure and delivery postcode. State whether you need the boxes supplied assembled or flat and when they must arrive. Printing Material confirms material, feasibility, minimum quantity and production timing after the brief is reviewed.
Questions before you order
Can a rigid apparel box replace a courier mailer?
Sometimes a separate shipping outer is still needed. The right system depends on the packed product, closure and distribution route.
Can one size work for different garments?
It may, but check the smallest and largest packed variants. Inserts or packing components may be needed to keep the presentation consistent.
Can the box carry a custom logo?
Yes. Provide artwork and the desired printed or decorative effect for review with the selected material.
