THE INSIDE MATTERS
Share the product dimensions, weight and number of items. We can discuss paperboard partitions, foam or EVA, fabric-lined supports and removable trays.
Protect the contents. Plan clearance, support and any separate transit packaging.
Make them easy to remove. Check finger access, orientation and the opening with the product inside.
Approve the complete sample. Check fit, finish and closure before committing to bulk production.
A SIMPLE START
Start with what you know: the contents, an approximate quantity and the delivery location. Colour, measurements and artwork are optional at this stage.
FROM REQUIREMENT TO PRODUCTION
Tell us what goes inside, how many boxes you need and where they need to arrive.
Agree the structure, board, wrapping, inserts, branding and a written quote.
Confirm product fit, colour, finish and opening before production approval.
Confirm quality checks, outer packing, dispatch batches and freight arrangements.
BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
No ready artwork or final box size? You can still start a conversation.
Share the product, approximate quantity and delivery location. Add dimensions, photos, artwork and a preferred construction when available. Our team confirms the missing details before a firm quotation.
Share a brand colour reference or physical sample. Screen colours and HEX values communicate a direction; the paper, ink, finish and approved physical sample establish the production reference.
These depend on the construction, size, print, insert and order quantity. Ask for the MOQ, sampling schedule, production lead time and freight to be stated in the written quotation. A requested arrival date is not a delivery promise.
Share your delivery city or PIN, quantities and whether dispatch is to one or several locations. Manufacturing, protective outer packing and freight should be planned together. Read the nationwide supply guide.
