Start with the vial, not just the millilitre capacity
A 2 ml, 5 ml or 10 ml description tells us fill capacity, not the outside dimensions. Two vials of the same capacity can have different caps, shoulders and sprayers. Send the overall height and maximum diameter of each component, its filled weight and the number of fragrances per set. Include any sample card, scent guide or voucher.
- Confirm whether the vial lies flat or stands upright.
- Leave access to grip the vial body without pulling on its sprayer.
- Keep fragrance names visible in the chosen orientation.
- Supply every different vial or cap used in the collection for fit approval.

Design one cavity for each actual component
Choose paperboard supports, a cut insert or a covered holder after reviewing product geometry and presentation. Extra cavities, a deeper tray and fabric covering change both assembly work and material use. The white portfolio pack shows paperboard supports; it does not establish a universal insert or a transit test result. Check that neighbouring vials do not touch when the box is handled.
Make variants and fragrance names easy to manage
A collection may share one structure while changing fragrance names, sleeves or printed cards. State quantities per artwork version: 1,000 boxes divided across five designs is a different print brief from 1,000 identical boxes. Keep barcode areas, collection names and approved product information readable. Mark foil or embossing artwork separately from the main print file.
What determines a discovery-set box price?

- Tray dimensions and number of vials, including space between products.
- Core board, wrapping paper and insert construction.
- Print method, number of artwork variants and inside-lid printing.
- Foil or emboss tooling, cards, sleeves and packing components.
- Quantity per version, sample development, outer packing and freight.
Approve the loaded sample and the dispatch pack
Fit the actual filled products, close the box and check the opening and removal sequence. Agree the protection for glass and the outer shipping carton separately. The presentation box alone does not demonstrate courier protection. Confirm any product or carrier restrictions for the filled fragrance with the relevant logistics provider; this page concerns manufacture of empty packaging.

Printing Material operates three factories in Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi, with a team of 50+ people. Questions before you order
Can you make a box for a custom number of perfume vials?
Yes. Share vial count, outside dimensions, cap sizes and artwork. The team develops the layout and confirms feasibility, quantity and price for that specification.
Can one box structure be used across different perfume collections?
Often the structure can be shared if the products fit the same approved cavity. Different sleeves, cards and printed designs still need quantities and artwork approval per version.
Does a paperboard insert replace shipping protection?
No. A presentation insert organises the contents. Protection during transport must be assessed for the complete loaded pack and its shipping outer.
