Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Can I cancel my orders? Once the payment is made, customers do not have the option to cancel orders on their own. However, if you contact Customer Care ( within 24 hours and the print shop has not started production, we can attempt to cancel it. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours or if production has commenced, we cannot entertain any requests.

What is the cancellation fee? A minimum cancellation fee of Rs.2% is charged to cover payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be transferred after deducting this charge.

Mode of transfer of payments: Refunds will be processed through NEFT transfer, coordinated by our accounts team. The refund duration is 5-7 days from the date of cancellation. For any clarifications on refunds, please email us at

Can I return my orders? Typically, delivered orders cannot be returned. However, does not apply in cases of transport damages for which or a third-party logistics provider can be held accountable. Please carefully inspect all goods upon delivery and immediately inform our customer service ( of any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order. In cases of transport damages for which a third-party logistics provider or we can be held accountable, we will replace the damaged item/s. For other cases, our friendly customer service will assist you in handling warranty issues.

Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported within 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.

We Pay For Return Shipping We will cover return shipping costs only when products delivered are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was received compared to what was ordered.
