Separate the retail carton from the launch kit
For individual bottles, jars and tubes, compare our cosmetic packaging boxes and printed mono cartons.
A serum carton carries one product; a PR kit introduces a collection. Decide whether the gift box holds bare containers, individually boxed products or both. This affects usable size, insert depth, weight and packing time. Do not order an outer box around bottle dimensions if the finished products will arrive inside their own cartons.

Choose the opening around size and packing needs
Magnetic lids can display the collection and message together. A drawer reveals contents progressively and needs a stable loaded tray. A lid-and-base box provides a simple full view. For a fold-flat option, check assembly steps and how the insert is supplied: a collapsible shell does not mean a bulky fitted tray also stores flat.
Manage influencer versions and campaign artwork
List the exact count for each design, shade assortment or recipient card. Keep a common outer structure where product sizes allow, then compare a changing sleeve or card against a separately printed full box. Personalisation, kitting and individual deliveries are separate scope items to confirm; they are not automatically included in a box-manufacturing quote.
Spend the budget where buyers will notice it
Start with fit, clean wrapping and consistent colour. Compare printed wraps, a selective foil logo and embossing on the same construction before adding several finishes. A high-gloss jar and a matte paper wrap may look different under retail lighting and on camera; review the actual sample. Avoid an oversized box solely for presentation, since empty space also increases insert use, storage and freight volume.

Questions before you order
Can you make a skincare gift box for different bottle and jar sizes?
Yes. Supply the actual dimensions and filled weights for each item. The cavity layout and sample must accommodate caps, pumps, labels and product removal.
Are cosmetic cartons and rigid PR boxes the same?
No. A mono carton is a folding retail pack; a rigid PR box is a formed presentation structure. A launch kit can contain retail cartons inside a separate rigid outer box.
Is influencer fulfilment included in the box price?
Only if it is explicitly included in the quotation. State any product kitting, recipient cards and separate-address delivery requirements for feasibility and cost review.
