Which invitation box suits your set?
Rigid paperboard and MDF describe the structure. A magnetic flap describes an opening or closure choice. Decide how the invitation should open and what it must hold before choosing the decorative treatment.
Wrapped rigid invitation boxes
Choose a formed paperboard presentation when the wrap, card access and a book-style or magnetic-flap reveal are central to the design.
- Plan the complete card stack and envelope clearance.
- Review the opening, card pocket or holder and any separate gift compartments.
- Coordinate printed artwork and metallic or gold-colour foiling with the selected surface.
MDF invitation boxes with custom cavities
Choose a firm panel construction when the brief calls for a keepsake case and an internal arrangement built around cards and selected gifts.
- Provide the card, envelope and gift-container dimensions.
- Review cavity depth, removal access, lid clearance and the complete packed weight.
- Confirm the finish, closure and protective dispatch arrangement in the specification.
Plan the invitation card and box together
We can supply invitation cards with the box. State how many cards and envelopes belong in each set, their finished sizes and any family, event, language or guest-name versions. The box layout should allow the recipient to lift the cards without bending them.
If gifts share the invitation box, provide their actual containers, dimensions and weights. Keep card space separate from gift cavities and test the loaded arrangement. Sweets or dry fruit require suitable separate primary packaging; a decorative box or lining does not establish direct food-contact suitability.
Give the card and lid a coordinated finish
Metallic finishing and gold-colour foiling can connect the box, invitation card and event identity. Decide what stays common across the order and what changes by guest or occasion. Approve wording and layout separately from the physical finish.
