Give the invitation suite a clear arrangement

Send the finished invitation cards, envelopes and any gift pieces in the order they should be presented. Their combined height and finished edges determine the usable inside space. Identify cards that should remain in a pocket, lie flat or lift out separately, including any ribbons or protective wrappers used in the final set.

Choose the MDF presentation and identity

Printing Material supplies MDF invitation boxes to an agreed brief. Discuss a hinged or lift-off arrangement, surface direction and how the wedding motif should appear. Names and personalisation can sit on the lid, a card or a separate sleeve according to the chosen method, with the inside layout reviewed alongside the exterior.

Approve the sample with the complete invitation suite. Check card access, lid movement and closing clearance, and identify which artwork and personalisation versions will share the same construction.

Plan the card, cavities and finish together

Invitation cards can be supplied with the box, with manufacturing in house. Custom MDF cavities can be planned around the cards and separate gift containers, with removal access, lid clearance and the complete packed weight reviewed before approval. Metallic finishing and gold-colour foiling can coordinate the box and invitation artwork.

Minimum order: 100 boxes. Stated production lead time: 10 days; confirm dispatch and delivery dates with the quotation. Provide quantities per artwork or personalisation version and confirm card printing, gift supply, assembly, packing and freight in the agreed scope.
