Custom Food Packaging Boxes in Delhi NCR

Paper-based secondary packaging for bakery, sweets, gifting and retail products, reviewed around product contact and handling needs.

Unbranded paper and corrugated boxes suitable for secondary food packaging review

Choose by function

Separate direct food contact from the outer presentation box

A bakery carton, sweet box, hamper and shipping outer face different grease, moisture, temperature, handling and presentation conditions. The product-contact layer must be identified explicitly.

No food-grade, compostable, leak-proof or barrier claim should be assumed from a box style. Exact board, coating, ink, contact route and supporting documentation must be reviewed for the specific product.

Four practical starting points

Select the structure before the decoration

Construction, product fit and handling requirements decide the useful box family. Print and finish follow that structural decision.

01

Folding food carton

A paperboard structure for compact retail or bakery packs where the exact contact route is defined.

02

Sweet and gift box

A rigid or board box with compartments for presentation and grouped products.

03

Corrugated delivery pack

A fluted secondary outer for larger orders, local delivery or grouped retail packs.

04

Sleeve and divider

Paper components that organize wrapped products or add a separate branded surface.

Specification checklist

Document contact, temperature and handling before material claims

Product behaviour and packing conditions are as important as the external dimensions.

Buyer FAQ

Questions to resolve before production

Does every paper box work for direct food contact?

No. Direct-contact suitability depends on the exact board, coating, ink, adhesive, manufacturing route, supplier documentation and applicable product requirements.

Can a food gift box include compartments?

Yes when the product dimensions, wrapped state, weight and presentation order are mapped into an appropriate divider or insert system.

Are biodegradable or compostable claims automatic?

No. Environmental claims require the exact material composition, certification or test basis, use conditions and disposal context.

A practical guide for your order

Separate Food Presentation from Direct Food Contact

Rigid boxes can organize and present individually packed cookies, tea, dry fruits and other gifts. The outer gift pack and the inner food-contact packaging have different roles.

Define the complete packing system

Tell us whether food is wrapped, pouched, in a tray or intended to touch a component directly. Printed board, foil decoration and a premium appearance do not establish food-contact compliance or a moisture barrier. Any direct-contact, barrier or shelf-life requirement must be specified and supported by the appropriate material documentation.

Plan compartments and handling

Share the dimensions and count of the individual inner packs. Dividers can keep the assortment organized and prevent items from mixing during presentation. Review how the customer removes each pack and how the gift box is supported in transit. Include the delivery route and any product-specific storage conditions with the enquiry.
