Measure the card in its supplied form

Send the overall card width and height, its thickest point and any sleeve, seal or protective cover that will remain around it. Include photographs of the front, back and raised sections. A sample helps establish where the insert should support the card, where clearance is needed and how much finger access makes removal comfortable.

Explain whether the card should sit flat, stand at an angle or be removed repeatedly. If several card sizes share a box, identify each size rather than planning around the largest outline alone. Keep the removal cut-outs away from key printed information and check that the lid closes without pressing on the card.

Approve the presentation as a complete pack

Supply editable lid artwork, colour references and the quantity required for each design. Review artwork alignment, edge wrapping, insert fit and removal with the actual card in a physical sample. Specify any separate outer carton and the intended handling route. Requirements for valuables, surface contact or storage protection need their own documented review.
