Description
Printing Material supplies custom coffee outer cartons for sealed bags, sachet assortments or agreed primary packs, with dimensions and artwork developed around the finished retail unit.
Fit the complete primary pack
Measure the filled pack, including gussets, top seal and any valve projection. Flexible bags should be measured in their normal packed shape rather than pressed flat. Identify the number of bags or sachets in each carton and the required orientation. A sample helps check loading access and the space needed to remove the pack.
Artwork and retail information
Differentiate roast, grind, blend and pack size using the information approved by your brand. Reserve clear areas for roast or packing dates, batch labels and barcodes. If one carton size serves several variants, keep artwork filenames and quantity schedules aligned so the correct design reaches the packing line.
Sample and order specification
Approve a complete packed sample and select the board and finish for the brief. The primary coffee pack carries the barrier and valve requirements; aroma retention, freshness and shelf life need separate evidence for the complete product and packaging system.
For a quote, send the actual packed dimensions, quantity by version, artwork status and delivery postcode. Printing Material confirms the construction, commercial terms and production schedule against your approved brief.
