Description
Develop custom paper tubes for cosmetic jars with Printing Material, using the filled jar, closed lid and any protective sleeve as the starting point for the cylindrical outer pack.
Tube fit and retrieval
Provide the widest jar diameter, lid overhang, overall height and filled weight. Include any label, seal or wrap that remains in place. Plan the way the jar will be supported and lifted out, especially where a wide lid leaves little gripping space. A tall tube should still allow comfortable access to a short jar.
Curved artwork and product information
Plan the range, formulation and size information for the chosen front view. Supply brand-approved ingredient, directions and caution copy and identify any batch label applied during filling or packing. Account for lid coverage and the wrap seam so small print remains readable after the tube is assembled.
Sample and order specification
Approve lid movement, jar clearance and removal with a loaded physical sample. Confirm tube board, finish and any support for the agreed arrangement. Leak containment, formulation compatibility and transit protection are requirements of the complete product and packing system, assessed separately from the outer presentation.
For a quote, send the actual packed dimensions, quantity by version, artwork status and delivery postcode. Printing Material confirms the construction, commercial terms and production schedule against your approved brief.
