Fit the complete primary pack

Measure the widest vessel point, lid and any label or sleeve, and include the filled weight. Tell us whether the lid remains on during packing and whether accessories sit alongside. Glass vessels, tins and irregular jars need their own fit review. Where internal support is required, allow room for both the support and removal access.

Artwork and retail information

Plan fragrance and collection identification so similar cartons can be sorted accurately. Provide your brand-approved burn instructions, warnings and product information. Decide how the main face should read on a shelf and where a batch label will be applied. Review any window or cut-out before final artwork positioning.

Sample and order specification

Test the sample with the filled, closed vessel for loading, closure and removal. Confirm board, support and finish against that sample. A retail folding carton is one part of the packing system; dispatch protection and any required tests are specified separately.
