Description
Printing Material supplies made-to-order corrugated boxes for cosmetics ecommerce orders containing jars, tubes and mixed kits. List every filled primary pack, including its cap, pump or retail carton, and provide the complete arrangement and packed weight. Separate a repeat single-product order from a mixed basket that changes the internal space required.
Review closures and neighbouring products
Show where caps, pumps and glass surfaces sit during loading. Review whether a heavy jar can press against a tube or whether movement brings a pump close to a carton wall. Specify any existing sealed bag or containment arrangement separately; a corrugated outer alone should not be treated as leak containment. Identify the products that need their own support and how the packing team will check a complete order.
Approve the branded parcel as a system
Place product identifiers, address labels and opening messages on panels that remain visible after sealing. Confirm artwork colour against an appropriate print reference and review any divider labels. Assemble a sample with the actual filled packs to assess loading, fit and removal. Agree the board construction, support components and any handling or transit test scope for that combination rather than assigning a universal protection claim.
For your brief, review corrugated construction and case planning, check artwork and proofing requirements, or compare related packaging applications.
