Description
Printing Material supplies printed outer boxes for wrapped chocolate bars, with the carton dimensions and artwork developed around the sealed bar pack and your retail presentation.
Fit the complete primary pack
Measure the wrapped bar including end seals, folds and the thickest filled section. State whether one bar or several share a carton and how they should be arranged. A stack or assortment needs room for the complete primary packs. Review insertion and removal without bending the wrapper or forcing its seams.
Artwork and retail information
Distinguish flavour, size and range clearly while keeping the brand-approved ingredients, allergen information and other required text readable. Identify the area for batch or date coding before artwork is approved. If flavours use a common carton size, record the design version and quantity for each one.
Sample and order specification
Approve the carton with the actual sealed bars and agree the board and finish for that arrangement. Chocolate contact, fat resistance, aroma containment and shelf life depend on the complete primary-pack system and its documentation, rather than the appearance of a printed outer box.
For a quote, send the actual packed dimensions, quantity by version, artwork status and delivery postcode. Printing Material confirms the construction, commercial terms and production schedule against your approved brief.
