Description
Make the closed pack easy to recognise
The first-party reel reference shows a green printed mailer-style box held for inspection, with white artwork across the lid and visible folded front flaps. The compact closed form provides a useful starting point for discussing a branded pack and the way its printed panels meet around the edges.
Use this enquiry to develop custom empty packaging around your own product and dispatch workflow. The thumbnail illustrates the exterior form. Board, flute, ply, closing method and any shipping requirements are confirmed separately for your complete pack; the reference carries no strength or transit rating.
Measure the product as it will be packed
Provide the finished packed length, width, height and weight, including tissue, bags, inserts and accessories. Allow for the thickest or least regular part of the product. If several sizes share a box, send the full size range and expected quantity for each. A loaded sample helps establish usable internal space and a practical packing sequence.
Describe the route from packing table to recipient: hand delivery, a separate courier carton or dispatch as the outer pack. Discuss the closing and sealing method, label position and any tamper-evidence requirement. The packaging review should consider the complete system, including protection around the product and any handling or transit tests needed.
Plan artwork around folds and labels
Supply editable artwork with the main lid design, side-panel information and any inside message. Keep important text clear of folds, closing tabs and the shipping-label area. Ask for the agreed construction layout before positioning artwork. Review a physical sample for opening access, panel alignment, colour expectations and the way the pack closes when loaded.
Include order quantity, artwork status, destination postcode and required arrival date for a specification-based quote. Printing Material confirms construction, price, MOQ and production schedule against the approved brief. Use the printed-box artwork proofing guide for proof preparation and the corrugated packaging guide for broader material planning, then request a printed mailer quote.
