Description
Printing Material supplies made-to-order outer cartons for sunscreen tubes, developed around the filled container, its cap and the way the pack will be displayed.
Fit the complete primary pack
Measure the tube at its widest filled point, including the crimped tail and cap. Explain whether it stands cap-down or lies horizontally, and include any seal or sleeve that remains on the product. Check loading clearance so packing does not squeeze the tube or catch the tail against a closing flap.
Artwork and retail information
Organise variant names, pack size, directions and the regulatory information supplied by your brand across the available panels. Keep important text away from folds and the glue seam. Give barcode and batch-marking areas enough clear space, and identify which artwork elements change between protection levels or sizes.
Sample and order specification
Approve a loaded sample for insertion, cap clearance, closure and removal. Select the board grade and finish for the agreed brief; any claim about UV protection belongs to the sunscreen, not its outer carton.
For a quote, send the actual packed dimensions, quantity by version, artwork status and delivery postcode. Printing Material confirms the construction, commercial terms and production schedule against your approved brief.
Planning references: carton board selection guide, carton and rigid-format comparison and packaging catalog.
Image reference: Folding carton design illustration, not a product photograph. The flat layout is schematic, not a production dieline. Board grade, dimensions, closures and artwork follow the approved order specification.
