PR Box Inserts, Cavities & Crinkle Paper

Give each product a useful place in the kit. Compare fitted inserts, cavities and paper crinkle filling around the actual items, their weight, the opening view and the packing process.

  • Minimum order: 100 boxes
  • Indicative starting price: ₹90/box
  • Premium briefs: around ₹500–₹700/box

Price depends on the agreed specification. Confirm inclusions, taxes, shipping and production/delivery dates in your quotation.

Choose the interior around the products

The interior gives every item a place in the PR kit. A fitted cavity, a divider and loose crinkle paper solve different problems, so start with the product list and the intended reveal. Consider the shape, weight, surface finish and presentation orientation of each item, along with the note card and supporting samples.

A useful layout keeps the important products visible, allows clean removal and leaves enough room for the box to close. A decorative filler should not automatically replace a fitted holder for a heavy or fragile item. The packed sample, including its shipping pack where relevant, needs its own assessment.

Paperboard trays and dividers

A shaped tray or divider layout can give products defined positions and separate neighbouring items. Discuss the material, support underneath, spacing and assembly with the actual contents. Very narrow sections between cut-outs can become weak; the right layout depends on the product and construction.

Shaped foam or EVA cavities

A shaped foam insert can follow a product profile and create a more defined presentation. Discuss cavity depth, material appearance, product contact and how the item will lift out. A visible luxury finish does not establish shock protection or suitability for every product.

Crinkle paper and loose filling

Crinkle paper can add colour, visual texture and a softer presentation around lightweight contents. Its loose arrangement differs from a fixed cavity. Specify the colour and intended quantity or coverage in the brief, and assess movement and presentation on the packed sample.

These are options to evaluate, not a promise that every material or colour is held in stock. Confirm the selected material, finish and inclusions before approval.

What to include in a cavity layout

  • Product measurements: provide dimensions and weight for each item, including any retail carton that stays on it.
  • Orientation: identify the presentation face, bottle direction and the order in which products should be revealed.
  • Clearance: allow for the insert itself, separation between items and sufficient headroom under the lid.
  • Removal: discuss finger access, a notch or ribbon where the product would otherwise be difficult to lift out.
  • Printed pieces: reserve a deliberate location for the welcome note, product information or campaign card.

There is no universal cavity allowance that suits every bottle, jar or accessory. A sample with the real contents is more useful than approving a layout from a photograph alone.

Use crinkle colour as part of the design brief

Colour choices can support the printed box rather than compete with it. A neutral kraft or cream look, a dark contrast or a colour coordinated with the campaign can create different presentations. Share a reference for the box, products and paper together, then confirm colour availability and the approved physical appearance.

Too much loose filling can obscure the contents or make the first reveal untidy. Too little can leave unwanted gaps. Assess the amount, position and whether products settle or shift after handling. Do not treat the filler colour or an AI concept image as proof of an approved production sample.

Review the complete packed kit

For skincare or cosmetic kits, review bottles and jars individually, their separation and how the labels face the recipient. A merchandise kit may also need space for folded fabric, a small accessory and a card. Different product combinations can require different interiors even when the outer box size looks similar.

Check the opening, product removal, lid closure and presentation after handling. If the kits will be couriered, discuss the outer carton and packing method as part of the shipping brief. No insert or premium presentation box should be described as damage-proof without an appropriate basis.

Keep the interior within the agreed budget

PR box MOQ is 100 boxes. Indicative category pricing starts from approximately ₹90 per box, with premium specifications around ₹500–₹700 per box. These figures do not assign a price to a cavity material, filler quantity or filled kit.

Ask the quotation to identify the box, insert, crinkle paper, card, printing, assembly and product filling separately. Confirm GST, freight and the required schedule as well. This makes it easier to adjust the presentation without losing track of what is included.

Send a brief we can quote clearly

Share the actual contents and dimensions, preferred opening, quantity per artwork, colour/print references, insert or crinkle requirement and delivery postcode. MOQ is 100 boxes. Include your campaign date so the required production, dispatch and delivery schedule can be confirmed.

Indicative category prices start from ₹90 per box for suitable basic briefs; premium configurations may be around ₹500–₹700 per box. These are planning references, not fixed prices for every construction or guaranteed inclusions. Confirm the complete scope in the quotation.
